Terms and Conditions

• If you decide to participate in a drawing tour by I draw, it means you agree to our terms and conditions. We would like to point out that participation in our drawing tours is at your own risk.
• For children's parties, we ask for a minimum of two adults to accompany. They are responsible for the children during the tour.
• The prices for our drawing tours in Rotterdam Center, Delfshaven, Katendrecht, Crooswijk, and Schiedam are in euros and inclusive of 21% VAT for individuals. For corporate clients, the price is exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated or agreed upon in writing. The same pricing policy applies to our tours in Utrecht Center and Lombok, including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices as necessary according to legislation.
• The prices as stated on our website are binding for the order given at that time. If you come with fewer people than indicated, the amount will not be reduced due to the purchase of materials and preparations.
• Payment is made in advance via an invoice or payment link sent by email. During the tour, we provide small snacks, but other drinks and snacks are exclusive.
• Please note: if you come with more people than booked, unfortunately, they cannot participate in the tour because we bring materials per booking/per person. Extra persons need to reserve online in advance.
• In case of bad weather, rain, and/or strong wind, we reserve the right to cancel the drawing tour, at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, you may participate in another I draw drawing tour at a different time, within the same drawing season (April to September).
• We also want to inform you that if you arrive late for a drawing tour, we will adhere to the official end time as agreed. If you do not show up at all, there is no right to a refund.
• All terms and conditions are subject to Dutch law. Disputes are exclusively submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
• We handle the data provided by you with care and confidentiality. These will not be passed on to third parties but used for invoicing and statistical purposes.
• Twice a year, we send a newsletter with information about new drawing tours and offers to the provided email address. We also use photo and video material for our marketing and social media communications unless you object beforehand.
• For groups larger than 12 people, we will enlist an additional guide at extra cost.
• Starting from May 28, 2022, we will collect recommendations via 'Google reviews' on idraw.eu to enhance our reliability and transparency.
